With the doubts in our hearts, we changed into chest waders, picking up inspection equipment and walking into the coast. In fact, before this, we always felt that these worries were far away from us. It might be because living in the city, we were less able to really get in touch with the impact of the environment, so when we started the project, we have an inexplicable emotion for water. As long as I see where the water color or the smell is wrong, I will drop a seed in my heart and wonder: "What's wrong with it?" Although our water testing tools cannot tell if the water has metal pollution, through sharing with neighbors in the neighborhood, we found that many people have long been unable to bear it, or have given up such water quality conditions.

After all, the life impact of polluted water is far beyond our imagination, but as long as we can live our lives consciously, every change can be a new normal in the future. Before the field trip started, we sat in the office and read a lot of relevant water pollution information, but we must honestly say that we still have so little knowledge of Taiwan's water pollution issues. When we actually walked into the polluted waters mentioned in the research report, we saw the entire red and yellow Yin-Yang Sea in front of the Caoluo Sand Dunes next to the Guanyin Industrial Zone (really amazing). We don’t know whether the turbid water was due to pollution.
